Shipping policy
We know how excited you are to get your happy mail! We typically ship within 24 hours. Preorders and custom orders take longer. We are a small business and are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Your item will ship automatically to the address you provide when checking out so please double check your information before processing your order. If you haven't received your item after 7-10 business days its best to track your package with the tracking number provided to you. We recommend following up with the shipping provider on any delay or missing package issues. They have more information than we do on where your package could be and can assist better in those situations.
If you require special delivery on a package other than what is populated upon checkout, please let us know before your order is submitted. Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled or changed.
