EXCHANGE POLICY

Our exchange policy allows you to obtain a store credit or an exchange on returned items. 

You have 14 days from sale receipt to contact us regarding an return and ship it back to the address provided. Items received after 14 days of receipt will not receive a credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the allotted time frame. and in the original salable condition. Items must be unworn/unused and must be sent back in the original packaging with attached tags. It is your responsibility to package items safely to ensure they arrive to us undamaged. We recommend insuring your package and saving the tracking info for your own protection. We won't be held responsible for returns that aren't received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. To initiate a return please follow the link provided and we will reply with instructions.  https://shopify.com/12118720576/account

Please note: If returned items are not in the original salable condition, or if they are received after the allotted timeframe, they will be refused. Exchanges and credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once they have been received.

Damages and Other

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Items can not be sent back as damaged or wrong after 10 days of sale receipt. 

Final Sale Items

Certain items are final sale. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, preorders, handmade, and personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Intimates (such as bras, bralettes, slips, hosiery and socks), shoes, accessories (such as hair accessories, jewelry, belts, hats, and all other various accessories are all final sale. We cannot accept exchanges on sale items, Mystery Boxes, items purchased with a shop credit, or items purchased with gift cards.
